- He is a life time member of the Association of Physicians of India and the Cardiological Society of India.
- He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the famous Indian Heart Journal from Ahmedabad.
- Dr. Gupta is a Centurion Blood Donor. He has donated 102 bottles of blood so far.
- During his medical contribution in the field of Interventional Cardiology, he has performed more than 1 lakh angiographies, more than 30,000 angioplasty, more than 500 temporary and permanent pacemakers and more than 20 ICD implantations, etc., which are complex and life-saving operations.
